Lori and Nicole talked me into running the Salt Lake Half Marathon on Saturday. This was the first time I have have run more than 4 miles! So, it was basically a miracle that I finished! The last 2 miles were torture, luckily my aunt Laurie was there to drag me along (Matt, Nicole and Lori were about an hour ahead of us!). It took me 3 hours and 5 minutes which I was totally happy with considering my lack of training. The weather was perfect and we all had so much fun.

I didn't know you were doing that! You are awesome! Congrats. I was just talking about doing the Nashville 1/2 next year. Come do it with me!!
